Merchandise Returns and Exchanges:

In general, CostKing will accept returns and exchanges of products in their original, unopened packaging within 15 days from delivery, with a few exceptions outlined below. Merchandise that the packaging has been opened, damaged, or with missing serial numbers cannot be returned or exchanged. If a customer receives a product that is damaged during the delivery process, CostKing will replace the damaged item. In the case of a manufacturer’s warranty claim, the CostKing Customer Care team will help to ensure customers have the best information for filing a warranty claim with a manufacturer. Merchandise that does not qualify for refunds include: electronics (cameras, televisions, etc.), assembled or installed furniture, food and beverages (based on the expiration date), custom orders (including large quantity and specially priced merchandise), health care products (based on the expiration date), and clearance merchandise. All return or exchange requests must be accompanied by a valid invoice. CostKing does not accept partial returns for any reason.

If a return request is submitted in the event of customer preferred size, mismatch and other personal reasons, 25% restocking fee + shipping fee will be dedcuted as part of the refund.

If contacting the CostKing Customer Care team through email, please submit the invoice number and images of the damaged merchandise that clearly indicates the damaged or missing product to expedite processing of the claim.

Order Cancellations:

Customers are encouraged to contact CostKing Customer Care with their order number as soon as possible in the event that they wish to cancel a merchandise order. If the order has not been processed, CostKing will cancel the order and refund the purchase price. Customers are, however, responsible for a nominal fee to cover the fees incurred by CostKing in the payment gateway if they wish to have the refund be made in any way other than an account credit. Customers that choose to receive an account credit will have 100% of the purchase price refunded to their CostKing account. Cancellations are not permitted after merchandise is shipped.

Return Shipping:

The CostKing customer is not responsible for return shipping fees when merchandise is deemed to be defective upon delivery or if the wrong merchandise was shipped from what was ordered.

Refund Policy:

Refunds to a customer’s CostKing account will be processed the same day. Refunds through a customer’s payment method will be processed as soon as possible within 7-14 days from the order cancellation date. The refund will be made to the same account from which payment was made. In case of credit card payments, the refund may not be reflected until the next credit card statement.
